Sandi, as far as I know... just by being wireless there are a lot of factors
involved that may impact the reception of the signal. Wireless is not like
dialup which is achieved via an underground phone cable. Your wireless
signal is brought to you on radio waves from your company´s mast/tower.
Weather conditions, a lot of traffic (from computers and cell phones alike)
can impact the delivery speeds and even shut down of the program. One just
has to be patient when that happens, this is normal... until they come up
with some other technology!!! And that is my 2cents worth!!! :o))

I have not called my dialup ISP yet but I will. This morning I called the
supervisor at the Phillipsburg Nex-Tech office to try to make an appointment
to sit down and visit with her but she will be out of town until Friday.
She did give me the name of the tech support for wireless at the main office
so I will be talking to him or e-mailing him about the losing of the
connection, varying speeds, email not going out, etc.
And, by the way, I was unable to send or receive with wireless this morning!
Connected to dialup and my mail came in just fine. One more issue to
resolve.
Wireless stayed on all night and did not blip off and it has stayed on so
far this morning. Wonder what impacts that behavior?
