Don,
    I redid the entire system manually.  There was no way that I could take 
a chance on having the Wiz mess up the new install when the customer was 
expecting the system returned soon.

To restart in Safe Mode:
Open MSConfig, click on the option for a Diagnostic Startup and click OK. 
You'll be prompted to reboot and it'll take you directly to Safe Mode.  Just 
remember to return the selection to its usual position afterwards.

    These days, there are TONS of websites like that.  The one you're 
thinking of is below.
