Does SFC indicate the file and version of that file that's needed?  A hunt 
for the file itself may be much easier than trying to hunt down a full disk. 
Even if there are several files needing replacement, it might still be 
easier.

I normally carry copies of every MS OS with me on house calls, but I don't 
have MCE.  You could always locate a Disk 2 once you're home (we may be the 
only two techs in the country without a copy of that one) and make him his 
own copy to drop off later.
