Seems like when I did this before, and after the the CD drivers are loaded
it assigns a Virtual drive to the D: drive and the CD-ROM gets bumped to E:
so you may need to substitute an E: if Terry's suggested D: does not work.

I will assume the floppy you booted from has a cd rom driver, and the cd
drive letter is D.  So, from the A:>\ prompt, type the following:
D:\SETUP
(then Enter)
If that doesn't work (I'm doing this from memory and don't have a Win95 cd
to confirm), try this instead:
D:
CD WIN95
SETUP
(Enter after each line of course)
