I created a third build and so far it works fine in the VM.  Except it 
seems I have installed XP Pro too many times on the same computer and 
I now have to call M$ every time I install it so I can activate it and 
updates.  I guess M$ doesn't realize how often a M$ OS needs to be 
reinstalled.

I don't like violating license agreements, but this is sure pushing 
the limits and may cause me to go hunting a hacked version or patch to 
get around it.
