Dear Sandi. Gretings. No I have not yet fixed the problem. I tried the link,I think it was Mike?,and I was able to download the definitions there. I then tried again and I got download but no installaition. I live in Sydney Australia and I think I did once,a year ago or so,rang them up. I had to wait a long time on the phone. Maybe that is an option. I will also have a look at your advice.Thank yu. I still show 93 days left but I did re-install when I took out the norton utilities but i should imagine that that aspect would be retained to prevent fraudulent use. Thank you.
