Dear sandi. Thank you. i have thought of this as I am about due,but I
reasoned that I would be unable to download if this were the case and as it
is I am able to download but not install. Also I was on a philosophical
forum and it seemed a lot of folk had this happen and said it attacked
Norton so it was unable to update. Is there any place in my Norton that i
can check this?? I live in Australia. Many thans love John
