Order received is typically more accurate than Date. All the way to the
right of the column headings and just above the UP scroll arrow is a little
button to click that will display a list of all possible columns to display.
Make sure Date is check marked and Order received is not.
By the way, your message is dated the 28th and is listed after several
received today (the 27th). I sorted on Order Received and it was properly
placed above the others.
