You can wipe/format Iomega disks and use them just like floppies. You need
never use the software.
Drag and drop works, copy and paste works. It is not an automated backup as
you have to choose your own files but it is better than their software.  Try
one and then uninstall their software and never use it again IF you can live
without the automated backups!
