I am afraid she isn't going to get here!  She called this evening to tell me 
she had been able to update Spybot, both the program and the definitions, 
but it would not run the scan.  Sounds like a serious virus problem.  Then 
she had trouble getting e-mail to open and the system pretty much shut down 
so they will be taking it into their local shop in the morning.
It is too bad it got to this point before we got her subscribed.  I am 
pretty sure she will not, now that the crisis is over!  Just human nature I 
think.
I am going to keep trying though each time she calls with a problem.  People 
just don't know what they are missing.
