I've been checking on firewalls and Anti-virus stuff that should work with
Ubuntu,  Here's a link to the one I came up with about firewalls.  If I'm
reading this right this is part of the install cd, but you have to start it
the first time yourself.  Am I right on this or way off base.

One is no AV is needed. Not sure about that but also a list of usable AVs.
