Don't worry about it. Word I'm getting on the official Microsoft boards
seems to indicate that there is a routine (designed for something else
entirely) within Vista which is doubling up to cover for this as well. Seems
the same vulnerability which MicroSoft knew about and patched with this DLL
operates in exactly the same way as the new one which they've issued the
patch for on XP.
So, again, don't worry about it. Word is, you're covered. I've just had a
look on the MCSI boards, and there's nothing on this--which means they don't
seem to take it as an issue.
