HB,
If you downloaded it, the document is already on your hard drive and
therefore, saved. What's being limited is your ability to save your own
answers within the document. If it's important for you to have a record of
your own answers to these questions, there is a workaround, but it's rather
convoluted and requires additional software to accomplish.
Open up the PDF and answer all of the questions. Next, take an ALT+PRT
SCR screenshot of the open document, Paste it into Paint and use "Save as"
to save it as a JPG file in My Documents (give it an easy name you can
remember). If the questions span longer than what shows in the window,
scroll down and repeat as necessary to get the rest (add numbers, 2, 3, 4,
etc. to the end of the same name you used above). Once all questions &
answers are showing in the saved JPGs, run an OCR app (Optical Character
Recognition) on the image files to convert them back to text. Finally, open
up a blank text file and Copy/Paste each of the results into this file to
combine them, removing any duplicate info in the process. In the end,
you'll end up with a text version of the filled out document.
I never said it would be easy or simple. :O)
Peace,
GMan
