hmmmmmmmmm...I downloaded a document from the State to fill in and send to 
acquire infro from the state..I was told the same thing...no saving allowed. 
wellllllllllllllll himmmmmm. come to find out it did save..I didn't do it on 
purpuse but it did save. So figure....

They do this because of LICENSING, Do you need further explanation
$$$MONEY$$$ adbobe would lose big if you could take a pdf like the
application and some how change the wording to fit your needs and resend it
to other people.
