-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Trouble with USB Please help!

With the card in the camera, view all the pictures stored there. Delete any
that look corrupted.

Check your card for a write protect tab. With the card label side up and
the cut corner to your right, the tab should be on the left edge near the
insertion end of the card. There SHOULD be an indicatin of what position is
the "Lock" position. Make sure the card is unlocked. If there is no
indicator and the small tab is closer to the middle of the card slide it
towards the end. If closer to the end slide towards the middle.

NB This lock tab is very small and may be hard to see. I had owned my card
for months before I even noticed it.

If the write protect is not the problem... put your card in the camera and
connect the camera to the computer. The computer should still recognize the
card as a removable disk. If this works, you probably have a bad card
reader.

Buy or borrow a second, known good card and place it in the Cruzer or
camera. If that works, you probably have a bad card.

Take your cruzer or camera and the card to a different computer. If it
works there you probably have a problem with your computer. Check the USB
drivers and all hardware associated with your USB ports (card, cables etc).

If these steps have not isolated the problem, contact your computer, camera,
software or Cruzer tech support because I am all out of ideas.
