Someone beat me to it!!
When in doubt, most anti-virus web sites will give you instructions with
instructions on how to remove a lot of the newer worms and viruses.

could it be in your system restore files?
Often, the computer is clean, but they stay in system restore and you need
to
delete all system restore points - and then I think re-boot and enable
system
restore again.

there is that A2(sqared) program that someone in here mentioned not long
ago
too - they have a free prog for basic scanning.

Hope someone can help...my original problem still exists
as in when I want to restart or shut down..my task manager
appears with rundll32.exe....then I have to end task.....once
in a while my IE is also involved....not often....especially when
I try to click on a link everything freezes..Friday I decided to
uninstall and reinstall IE..6........start the process then the box
pops up and tells me I have the newest version..download will not
complete.....right now my IE is working good no freezes....but
after I tried to download IE...that evening my AVG popped up
and this is what it said:
Trojan horse PSW.Bispy.B C/windows/biprep.exe
so I ran the scan..there were 2 infected files that were healed.
I also went to Panda and ran thier scan..no virus.
I left my pc unattended for 20 min came back AVG had this
Trojan horse PSW.Bispy.B C/System Volume Information-restore
{F038C7Ca-958E-4E73-B64E-7D9F75261CF2}/RP16/A000758
I ran another scan nothing found..in both AVG and panda..
seems to be moving around in my system but the scans is not finding it!

I am not a surfer..and the only site I visited was Microsoft for the IE
reinstall which I wasnt able to download...I did a search for this trojan
at Panda..they came up with nothing found?????
Im using XP home..........
Hope this wasn't confusing and someone can help
Pat
