I have WinXP
I went to the website you provided, it says it is only for these OS:


Supported operating systems


Since TransparentisT alters Windows® binary code, it is operating system and 
service pack dependent. At this moment, TransparentisT works only on the 
systems listed below. If you would like us to implement support for a 
different operating system and/or service pack, please let us know.

  a.. Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 4

  b.. Windows® Millennium Edition - New!

  c.. Windows® 98 Second Edition

  d.. Windows® 95 OSR2 (Windows® 95 B)
