I have a Dell and an older computer built by Best Buy (VPR Matrix) dont make
them now. I love my VPR Matrix the best, I did ask for certain thing to be
built into it when they put it together. It is really big though but runs
quiet and have had it about five years now. The Dell is noisy lots of times
and do not know why yet, but I love how small it is. That one is only two
years old. Have not had to deal with customer service much other than when
I first bought it as they did not put something in I asked for but they sent
it right on with a free gift too.

Whenever someone asks me for a recommendation on a system, I still recommend
either Dell or Gateway. But, I tell them that customer service is a hit or
miss. Could be bad, could be good. With Gateway, many years ago, I've always
had a good experience. But, many others have reported them as being
horrendous. There's a lot of factors that go into satisfying a customer, and
what satisfies me might not satisfy you, know what I mean.
