Yea, believe me, I can point you to many articles and reviews that rave all 
about HP printers. And, I usually only buy stuff I've read good reviews about, 
that's why I've always bought HP printers. Only my last purchase has been a 
Canon for reasons expressed, and so far I admit its pretty good. I think the HP 
printer makes better copies, though, when using it as a copy machine. I still 
have my HP, and I can make a photo copy using the HP and the same copy using 
the Canon, and HP has the nice print.
For photos, though, my Canon gives a better picture (not by much), though in 
all fairness my HP is about 3-4 years old.
