Whenever someone asks me for a recommendation on a system, I still recommend
either Dell or Gateway. But, I tell them that customer service is a hit or
miss. Could be bad, could be good. With Gateway, many years ago, I've always
had a good experience. But, many others have reported them as being horrendous.
There's a lot of factors that go into satisfying a customer, and what satisfies
me might not satisfy you, know what I mean.
