I can't say how it got there, but when something similar happens to me (a virus 
gets onto my system, but my scanner catches it "later") I also start going nuts 
trying to figure out how it got there in the first place. I guess somehow it 
sneaked in. But, if your virus definitions are up-to-date, as soon as you go 
anywhere near the file all the alarms are gonna go off. So, I actually look at 
this as a good thing.
