LOL yeah, right!! <grin>I lock my task bar, and it still 
does that every once in a while for no reason!! Then, I have 
to unlock it first, to fix it again. Then I lock it again. 
Can't figure out why it doesn't stay locked...

Click on a blank part of the taskbar (not a program name) 
and drag it back
down to the bottom.  Afterwards if you right click on it and 
select Lock
the Taskbar, it won't happen again.
