All joking aside, until the patent issues are resolved (i.e., can Apple use
its patent to sue the competition out of the market, thus creating a whole
batch of new "orphaned" devices), the only safe bet (if one HAS to have a
tablet computer) is to purchase an iPad.  By the same token, one might be
foolish to purchase an iPad 2 now when the iPad 3 (which fixes most of the
complaints with the iPad 1) is supposed to be out before this Christmas
season.

Walt, a bit of humor is always welcome!  Hot in Kansas too--day after day 
after day----however we had a nice rain yesterday and the temps are in the 
70's .

that usually means is that the kids want a newer version so grandma gets the
