Those were my initial thoughts also.  Thats why I googled and queried the 
group.

As I indicated in my followup message, when rebooted to Pro it was 
accessible.  I now think if it were something that needs to be kept, it 
would have been stuck somewhere less visible or had its attributes set to 
hidden and read only.

I think I will relocate it and see if the OS misses it.  If it doesn't, I'll 
delete it.

Of course, right after I delete it and empty the recycle bin, the OS will 
want it back.  But such is life.  :-))
