Hopefully, a bad RAID chip is all it is.  If not, just replacing the old 
mainboard will still give her a 2nd system to play with.

What a shame!  That's when you know a business has outgrown its customers. 
Each tech answers the phone for 24 minutes out of each 7 hour shift.
