I hope the site is now working for you since you
should read the posts on the problem but here is some
core advice from the site:

to get rid of it: go to
http://spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip
and scan your pc. In one of the outcomes you will find
the sonic update manager. Mark this line to be "fixed"
and you're problem is gone.

If you go to that site it will trigger a download of
hijackthis.zip

A Ddos is a Distributed Denial of Service - a common
and illegal effort to disrupt or close down a site.
