Hi Jan,
I already have it stopped.

I downloaded the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
and ran it but the installer still pops up.

Hi Jan,
I thought I had it fixed but it came back after
an hour or so.

I think it is tied to the Windows Updates and
will keep coming back.

I'm at a loss as to how to remove it.
