I don't have an all in one anymore--it was a photosmart 2410 and it was 4
years old...it went out with garbage this morning. It quit working
altogether. I removed it from it's place and in doing so managed to drop it.
It hit a very sore spot on a damaged thumb and my reaction was to drop
it--on a tile floor---it didn't survive..the all in one went out with the
trash today..
Sorry I can't help you beyond that.

Milady, did you have the same all in one that I have? The Hp Photosmart
3210 xi? If so, how long have you had it?
I just got mine a month ago and I am wondering what the life expectancy is?
It is fairly expensive so I would hope it would last a while. As to
scanners I have read that the Epson Perfection is a good scanner but I have
had no person experience with it.
