It happened a ways back and I really don't remember. I just know I had 
trouble with something but the rest of it still worked...--I think I made a 
phone call to tech support and got it solved...

So one part went bad and you did not have to take the whole thing to the
shop? Very interesting, could you please explain further because if they can
be fixed without taking the whole thing to the shop I would love to know
how. Please do not take offence, I truly am earnest as I love the idea of a
all in one and would buy one if I do not have to take the whole thing to the
shop.
