WEll, my flickering is back.  I should not have said anything ;0.  It is bad 
again, flickering alot.  Odd, is that this started happening right after I 
tried to open an email and I got a popup message that active x could not 
display the page properly or something?  Is it a virus thing?

Never saw that before.  It was an email from a list I have belonged to for 
awhile.
