This is sad to say, but I think that might be the last time I boot into safe
mode for awhile.  At least until I reinstall windows.  I haven't done that
since I've had the notebook.  It really runs well, no blue screens,
beautiful color, no freezes (except in safe mode!) and no long shutdown/boot
times.  I guess I shouldn't complain.  LOL!

Again, safe mode is designed to boot up without most of the drivers.  If 
your wireless device is one of the ones that isn't included, it won't work 
while in that mode.  I don't know what the parameters would be, but it might

work if you choose Safe Mode with Networking.
