I'm glad it worked.  Any idea why the restriction was there in the first 
place?

How much you should move it depends on what you're trying to accomplish.  I 
hardly ever use the utility, so I have mine set to just over 600MB.  I also 
don't rely on it as my only means of recovery if something should go bad. 
My suggestion would be to set it to what you think would be a decent amount 
and then go make a few restore points to see just how many points it can 
hold at that setting.  If you're comfy with that number of points, you're 
set.  If not, adjust to suit your needs.
