Try going to http://www.nytimes.com/2004/10/28/technology/circuits/28POGUE-EMAIL.html They may require you to create an account, but if you use Internet Explorer [and even AOL users have to, to open certain URLs], it's well worth the bother and the read and follow the directions for a trouble-free download of SP2. I was hesitant about it until I read this. Followed their directions and so far, no problems.
