-=PCTechTalk=- Re: SP2 updates

This is why it is not installed on my old computer yet. Not
enough room. However - at this point, I am using my old
computer for the internet for things that I can't see on my
new computer - so I am afraid that if I update the old one
to sp2, I'll be totally screwed -
BUT - I'm not positive all or any of the problems are sp2
related - just haven't figured them all out yet...

I was very concerned about this too but both our computers
updated last week
without any problems with SP2 at all. Both running Windows
xP with SP1
installed and I ran Ad-aware and Spybot and the Cleanup tool
from Windows
just before allowing it to install.
My computer is two years old and my husband's is 4 years
old. I did have to
uninstall some programs from his so SP2 had enough space to
install. You
need about a gig of room for the install.
