The jury is still out here!  My scheduled maintenance worked the first week 
but not the next.  My scanner is not working but I do not know when it 
stopped working since I don't use it very often.  I need to go to Hewlett 
Packard Web site and do some research--maybe need a new driver.  Anyway I 
have a local tech that has to come out on some other issues so he is going 
to take a look at my scanner and try to figure out why it is not working. 
Sometimes I just like to figure it out for myself though if at all possible. 
As Mike says, "it is a good day when I learn something new".
