Actually no but she did manage to get it fixed.....she was using the
add/remove and that didn't work  so she just went into the program
and deleted it all...rebooted and then downloaded it again. All is fine now
GO FIGURE!

My sister at one time had Yahoo Messenger.....it offered an upgrade
to 5.5 and she down loaded it.It gets to 100% of the download and this
is what happens.
ERROR STARTING PROGRAM
A Required .dll file,C:/Program Files/Yahoo!/Installs/ymsgrie.exe,was not
found.
Now she can't even connect to the older version she had.
Any suggestions please.
