I am slightly guessing here, the different versions of Outlook vary just a
tad, I believe.
But, generically speaking, you can do this:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Click on Tools and then Rules Wizard.
3. Click "New" or whatever button allows you to make a new rule.
4. At this point, you define filters. You look for a rule type that says
"Check email after sending." (It may say "Check messages after sending.")
5. Click Next
6. You will need to set "Conditions." (I am assuming you will use the
address.) Somewhere you check Receiver's Address.
7. You will need to type in the word/phrase/text you want Outlook to watch
for. In this case, type Doe.John@xxxxxxxxxxx (whatever the address is).
8. I think Outlook then asks you what you want done with email it finds
with that address. Check "Move to the specified folder."
Thoughts: You may want to make folders for these people before you make the
rules.
Caveat: I am a Eudora user. I used to have Outlook *long* time ago. I think
what I have given you is correct, but you may wish to go to the following
