When you run Cleanup for the first time in Demo mode it might find as many 
100,000 files or more, depending on how long it has been since you last 
cleaned out the cache and cookie folders and emptied the recycle bin (my 
recycle bin has as many as 35,000 files when I empty it so that 100K figure 
is not high).

Before running it in real mode, first empty the recycle bin manually, 
disable empty recycle bin in CleanUp, then run CleanUp.  Keep the recycle 
bin until you feel comfortable that nothing important has been deleted. 
Maybe a week.  Maybe a year.  What ever.
