I dont use 5 but I use PSP9
Open the image...go to Image...then resize..you have the percent option or the
pixel option...you'll have to decided which option..I opt for the percentage
after you resize it..go to Adjust ...Sharpness...sharpen...I hope 9 isnt much 
different
than 5 as far as the tool bar is concerned.Hope this helps

     I have three jpg's, each over 1 MB. I'd like to make them under 100kb if 
possible. I understand I will lose some picture quality. Paint Shop Pro 5 is 
my photo editing program. Does anyone know how to do this?
