Hi Janet If you have two 250 GB HD's in your puter, are they set up as a RAID system for back up? If so, what RAID system are they set up for? The 2 x 512 MB RAM are your memory sticks for the computer. Memory sticks do not back up anything at any time, that is not their function. What country are you located at?
