    My bet would be that it's not your mood swings that are causing the 
grief (although they likely bring out her symptoms more).  It's the fact 
that you're going through this at all that tugs so hard on her heart.  I 
know with our situation that I would trade places with Babydoll in a 
millisecond if it would allow her to not have to deal with angina and more 
serious heart issues.

    Are you using any of the visualization techniques they sometimes suggest 
to cancer patients?  There's a LOT more power in them than more folks ever 
realize.
