Viewlet CAM will do this I believe and it's only $149 plus it
makes it a flash file so you don't have to futz with Macromedia.
It's at:

I use the Viewlet Builder and have the CAM but haven't used it
yet.

Hi List
I want to capture some onscreen motion of a program, kind of
like a moving
screenshot and save it as an .avi for importing into Macromedia
Flash.
Does anyone know of a program that might be capable of doing
this?
Cheers
Chris
