NO, you needn't call COX to set up the accounts. Well, depending on how they do 
it, you may have to contact them to actually create the email addresses... but, 
to set them up in OE you can do that yourself. You just tell it NEW EMAIL 
ADDRESS on the side there somewhere (going off the top of my head).
