Dell uses their own mobo designs, just like compaq, hp, gateway and most
of the other big brands, they all have their own custom designed boards.
Some are more generic friendly then others.
Things like PCI, AGP, Parallel, Serial, USB, Firewire, common type RAM
slots should all be universal, just ask about the RAM before you order it.
