-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Quiestion

Thank You Scott
I downloaded Ultimate zip and it works like a dream. I guess WinZip is just
outdated like everything else. I bought years ago even the self extracting
one. This worked perfect I am tried of fooling with the other.

Hi all.
Bonnie, I use a freeware zip utility called Ultimate zip. It will extract an
LZH file among several others. It can be found here;
http://www.gamehippo.com/free_util/ultimatezip.shtml
I have been using this particular prgm for over 3 years now and have never
had one problem with it. One of the nicest things I have found from it is
that it will add several options to your right-click menu about what to do
with the selected file.
Like I said before, it is a FREEWARE prgm.
Hope this helps, Scott.
------------------------------------------------------
On this WinZip when I try to extract the files I get this message.
"When working with LZH files the "Extract" operation requires the LHA
external program"

Has anybody ever heard of this before? any Help would be appreciated
Thanks Bonnie
