Dear Jo Ann, Thank you very much for your reply. I went to CD creator site, and checked wrt downloading the update but it asks for registration details. Unfortunately, I do not have them. The Prob is that my laptop is 5 years old and the EZ CD Writer came pre-installed with the CD combo drive. If it is not too much of a bother can you pl. e-mail me only the update to my private e-mail ID: mihirgk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Or alternatively give me a link to download the update. Regards and thanks a million. I remember downloading it and still have it on disc. Now this is regular version five, not Platinum. It should be available for download from Roxio. As I recall, it is large, and since I have dial-up service, I got my brother to get it on his cable connection. this might be your problem.
