Beverly,
It's basically the same, but I'll show you how to limit your screenshots
to just what you want to show. My primary interest is in seeing all of the
Tools installed in your copy of Firefox. So, open up Firefox (it doesn't
need to be maximized), click on the word Tools in the menu bar near the top
to show its contents and then take a screenshot of only the Firefox window.
To limit your screenshot to only the open window (as opposed to the entire
screen), hold down the ALT key while you press PRT SCR. The ALT key tells
Windows to only capture the frontmost window and ignore the stuff behind and
beside it.

For anyone not familiar with screenshots, you then open up MS Paint
(Start > All Programs > Paint), go to Edit > Paste and you'll see the
results (you may have to maximize Paint's window to see everything). To
save it for sending over the internet, go to File > Save As, give the file
you're about to create a good name, select JPEG from the drop down box below
the "Name" area, choose a location where you want to save the image and
click the Save button. If you wish to keep the image for future reference,
save it to your own Images folder (perhaps in a subfolder dedicated to
screenshots). If you have no plans to keep the image, the best place to
save it would be your desktop so it's easy to find when you're ready to
upload or otherwise send it to someone.

Unless you already have an easy way to show us the result (some like to
upload to their own website or server and then provide us a link), our
preference is that you now either upload the screenshot to our YahooGroups
"Photos" area where you'll find a folder already dedicated to screenshots
(normally preferred so that all members can see) or attaching it to an email
addressed directly to whomever is helping you (safer for more sensitive
topics as long as you fully trust the person helping you). If you need help
with any of that, just give a yip. :O)

Peace,
G
