Linksys routers and wireless adappters are the easiest to configure for this 
use.

Buy the models that support at least extended range.  Speedbooster is a nice 
plus.

Install the router following the steps in the setup guide for using Secure 
Easy Setup.

Install the wireless adapter(s) following the steps in the setup guide for 
using Secure Easy Setup.

Unplug the DSL cable from the computer and plug it in to the router.

Press the Secure Easy Setup button.  When the light quits blinking, you are 
done.
