I know you already resolved your problem using WinMerge, but in case you are
interested I found a page that showed a couple of utils that say they can
compare 3 or more files.  KDiff3 looks promising for up to 3 files, but
Diffuse can do even more files.

I've started playing around with it.  I like it so far.  I wish I could 
compare three documents but hey I'll deal with two get the second one 
working properly and then merge the third on in and combine it.  No big 
deal.  It's a use program.
