I should have worded that better. Basically 1999 and
newer computers will show you the processor speed in
bios.

When you first boot up. You get the boot screen before
windows. Usually you hit the delete key, F2, F1 key.
One of those depends on the puter. It will take you
into bios and somewhere it should tell you what your
processor speed is.

WARNING: If you have never messed with the bios and
not sure what it does, do not change anything!!! If
something is change incorrectly this can cause all
kinds of problems.

Just make sure when you exit out of there(should be
easy directions for that) that you "exit without
saving". If you do that. Then there is no problems.
